Project Update:
Still in the preliminary stages of propping up this development. We had our preconstruction meeting this week with the City of Seattle which kicked off the process and set the permits in motion, eliminating the possibility of them expiring. Site cleanup and preparation for utilities continues.

Activity – Week Ending 11/12 |
● City of Seattle Pre-construction conference completed with Geotech, Electrician, Dirt Work Contractor and the City of Seattle. ● Site walk with Geotech to confirm strategy for site preparation in conjunction with Dirt Work Contractor & special inspections required by the City of Seattle. ● Dirt Work Contractor saw cut remaining/existing foundation wall to prepare for site work next week ● Bank construction loan continues along – all required documentation has been submitted to CFSB for review (Budget, Operating Agreement, etc.) ● All required signed documentation (Mechanic Lien, Indemnity Agreements) have been signed and are on file with title |
