Project Update:
We are off and running! Underground utilities (offsite) are in process and moving ahead – sewer completed. We will continue with onsite utilities and site preparation in parallel with moving buyout forward and all of the jurisdictional requirements – permitting, right of way work, etc.

● Geotech was onsite to confirm compaction and provided a report to the City of Seattle per our special inspection requirements. All approved and cleared the way for site work. ● Underground utilities – Sewer – Tapped into the main in the street. SPU was out today 2/25- and two-line tap completed. ● Electrical engineering with Seattle City Light still moving ahead ● Application for new gas service to the project was submitted ● Mechanical engineering (wet and dry) went through the first round of revisions and is charging ahead ● Surveyor to be out to stake the property and provide an elevation marker to grade from |
