Project Update:

Site work wrapped up in preparation for structural concrete work this month. We’ve moved forward on concrete work and tracking nicely to get started with framing this month.

    City of Seattle Inspections passed prior to pouring footings and stem walls

    Concrete footings and stem walls poured

    Upcoming Activity Preview (June 2022)

    Stem wall waterproofing to commence

    Plumbing and Electrical mobilization to install sub slab work

    Slab preparation (dirtwork) and wall backfill

    Slab on Grade to be poured in accordance with plans and special inspections

    City of Seattle Inspections as required

    Lumber and Lift arrival onsite

    Framing to commence this month
