Project Update:

Another week of big milestones completed/underway. Concrete sub will demobilize next week to allow for utilities and backfill. Next time they are back, we will be pouring the slabs on grade. Most likely in 2-3 weeks.

    Activity – Week Ending 7/9

    City Inspection of stem/retaining walls with City of Seattle Passed

    Stem walls poured on 7/9. Plan will be to strip, pack and be clear of the site on 7/13

    EcoBlock wall monitoring continues with Terrane (surveyor). Next week should be the last week as we are going to begin backfilling

    Window package ordered and paid for

    Week Ending 7/16

    Footing perimeter drain, utilities, and backfill to commence

    Retaining wall inspection with City of Seattle scheduled on 7/7

    Continuing with design & mood boards – review on 7/15

    Contracts:

    Framing contract executed and in place

    Roofing contract executed

    Siding contract is currently being negotiated. Had meeting today with new Siding outfit to find alternative to bring cost down.

    Masonry contract executed

    Windows Ordered – 2-part delivery – September & October

    Change Order Log (Full Summary on File):

    Retaining wall waterproofing. Not detailed on the plans, but will be required. Working through financial & timing impact now.
