Project Update:
Continuing the path at Ashworth, this week was more of a demobilization/mobilization of subs transitioning as well as preparing for the upcoming body of work.

Activity – Week Ending 7/16 |
● Concrete sub demobilization completed on Tuesday. Site is clean and looks great. ● EcoBlock wall monitoring continues with Terrane (surveyor). Next week should be the last. ● Waterproofing sub for retaining wall identified and contracted. This will be a net change to the budget of about $8,800. ● Dirtwork sub mobilized with smaller machine on Friday. ● Geotech will need to be present when retaining wall is backfilled & ecoblock wall deconstructed ● Finish look and feel delivered to ownership for review. Additional feedback provided for “smart” home additions (water sensors, smart hub technology) ● Plumbing sub aligned for a 7/26 mob date for stubbing in plumbing lines in conjunction with engineering docs. |

Upcoming Activity Preview Week Ending 7/23 |
● Crew onsite Monday to install protective caps over new concrete walls that will be exposed to prevent damage ● Footing perimeter drain, utilities, and backfill to commence. Originally set to commence prior to 7/16, but sub was late. They are mob’d now and will be start on Monday. ● Waterproofing for retaining wall ● Working through plumbing, electrical and mechanical bids, along with fixture selection, pricing and timelines ● Cabinetry refinement and pricing to commence ● Interior/Exterior door sourcing and bid pricing |

● Framing contract executed and in place ● Roofing contract executed ● Siding contract is on glide path for completion. Pricing is much more realistic. ● Masonry contract executed ● Windows Ordered – 2-part delivery – September & October ● Waterproofing contract executed |
