Project Update:

Framing is still tracking nicely toward wrapping up at the end of this month. The team is rolling the floor system on Floor 3. I walked this evening and they are making fast progress.

    Activity – Weeks Ending 8/20 & 8/27

    Second Floor framing inspection passed & framing continues on the second floor and the 3rd floor TJI flooring system.

    Meeting with property owner on the north side went favorable with regards to moving her sewer line to her property. Initial conversations with dirt work/utility sub have commenced.

    Moved the temp power pole to accommodate the construction project. Measurements were off and we needed to course correct as the line when through the corner of the new building

    Continued the mobilization discussions with Siding, Masonry and Roofing sub-contractors for October dates – scheduling out to end of September, first of October timeline

    Upcoming Activity Preview

    Framing will continue to move to the 3rd Floor

    Several lumber drops scheduled for the next week in accordance with the framing needs & for efficient execution


    Roofing contract is in place

    Siding contract is in place

    Masonry contract is in place

    Windows Ordered – 2-part delivery – September & October

    Plumbing contract executed & work has commenced

    Exterior doors have been ordered (8/27) – 5 week lead time

    HVAC estimate to be refined. Still TBD.
