Project Update:

Framing is close to wrapping up (10/5) and we have commenced stacking subs behind the completion of framing. Updated rough scheduled through the end of the 2021 below.

    Activity – Weeks Ending 8/20 & 8/27

    Third Floor framing inspection passed & framing continues on the third floor and the roof TJI system.

    Built Green kickoff took place with Evergreen Certified, LLC – our required consultant. Chain team is pivoting to make the necessary changes to achieve our Built Green Certifications

    HVAC contract executed and site meeting to start planning out mechanical routing

    Continued the mobilization discussions with Siding, Masonry and Roofing sub-contractors for October dates

    Upcoming Activity Preview (2 Weeks)

    Framing due to wrap up – two remaining lumber drops

    First wave of windows due to arrive on site – 10/28

    Waterproofing to commence

    Siding sub-contractor to land onsite and start with building wrap

    Inspections – Final Sheer Wall, Framing Final, Roof Cover, Siding Cover

    HVAC bid came in at $90,000 – this is approximately $20,000 higher than our original estimate.

    Open Questions:

    Interior finishes – still underway on wrapping this up, but all in flight.
