Project Update:

Still have a bit of framing left to do – proposed framing completion is Wednesday 10/20. Delayed due to lumber delivery to the top level which required two separate crane assists. Exterior trades are lining up as we speak along with interior MEP rough in trades. Going to be a flurry of activity the next

    Activity – Weeks Ending 8/20 & 8/27

    Framing is still ongoing, however the crew has all of the roofs in place for each unit and is wrapping up the parapet walls now. Still a bit of pick up framing to complete inside around the stairwells along with backing, blocking and quality control checks

    Windows have arrived onsite and the crew has begun waterproofing in preparation for setting them.

    Second wave of windows due to arrived on 10/12 – All windows onsite now.

    Electrical team has begun to nail in boxes according to engineered layout

    Fence was removed & parcel boundary mapped in preparation for sewer line replacement (neighbor) and setting

    Site visit with Architect to review project and HVAC penetrations to ensure minimal impact to units

    Insulation of parapet walls wrapped up today to allow for closing them up prior to roofing

    Plumbing team site meeting this week confirmed start date and adjustments to plans

    Upcoming Activity Preview (2 Weeks)

    Framing due to wrap up completely

    Building wrap and rainscreen installation

    Waterproofing and window setting to wrap up in the coming weeks

    Inspections – Final Sheer Wall, Framing Final, Roof Cover, Siding Cover

    Neighboring sewer line to be installed next week and tie into Ashworth & the SPU main
