Project Update:
Civil work continued this month wrapping up with the detention facility. In the coming weeks we will prepare for concrete sub mobilization and structural forming and pouring. Buyout continues with sub evaluation, bid review and contract execution.

    Activity – Month Ending 3/31

    Site detention facility was delivered & installed this week as well as signed off by City of Seattle

    Gas service line(s) location have been outlined with Puget Sound Energy

    Windows and Door have been ordered and paid for – delivery estimated in June/July

    Mechanical engineering (wet and dry) wrapped up in March. Plans distributed to subs.

    Draw # 1 funded, Draw # 2 submitted

    Upcoming Activity Preview (April/May 2022)

    Ground to be prepared for concrete forming – this will wrap in April

    Water service application will be submitted this month pending Water Availability Certificate

    Concrete sub to mobilize and prepare for pouring

    Electrical engineering still underway. Good news – project will not require an underground vault (potential savings)


    Dirt Work Contract executed

    Electrical Engineering contract executed

    Architect contract executed as consultant for life of the project

    Concrete contract executed

    Plumbing contract executed
