Project Update:
We didn’t get off the ground with framing in June. We are seeing some delays with subs. However, we meet with our framing crew this week and all points toward starting with framing on 7/18. See updates below – lots of activity!

Should wrap first week of July. ● Footing drain installation commenced ● Exterior backfill of footings and walls commenced ● Interior kitchen elevations complete and sent off for cabinetry bids |
