Project Update:
It was a busy month at Ashworth and we are mashing the accelerator until we get these units on the market. Slabs have been repoured in units 1 and 2 clearing the way to wrap these units. The last bottleneck is the onsite concrete pouring which should wrap in the coming week or two. See the updates below. I expect us to have the first unit on the market by the end of July.

Activity – 6/1 – 6/30 |
● Exterior landscape – we have been working with our civil, architect and structural to get answers in preparation for flatwork. Still not resolved but should wrap in early July. We also had more drama with our neighbor to the north, but feeling we are on the other side of it now. ● Units 3,4, 5 – Interiors – Tile complete, countertops in, islands onsite, electrical trim complete, trim/millwork at 90%, hardwood flooring complete, appliances delivered ● Units 1,2, 3,4, 5 – Exteriors – Decks & Exterior stairs to roof decks are in. Brick caulking, washing & sealing complete. ● Units 1 & 2 – Slabs were poured – great news! ● Units 1 & 2 – Interiors – Cabinetry set in bathrooms, tile work at 95% in bathrooms, drywall loaded in to wrap the remaining first floors. |

Upcoming Activity Preview July 2022

● Marketing – staging to take place at the middle of the month to follow carpet installation. First unit will go on the market. ● Exterior landscape – onsite concrete to be poured, landscaping company to commence, fencing between our project and neighbor to be installed. ● Units 3,4, 5 – Plumbing trim, remaining electrical trim, handrails, guardrails, carpet installation, steel canopies, mailboxes, parcel boxes. Trim and punch out to wrap this month for these units. ● Units 1,2 – Interiors – Drywall on first floor to start first week of July and we will continue to crank through trimming out the unit with all of the following finishes to be installed. |
