Project Update:

We are making good progress, although it’s slower than I’d like to see.
Many of our subs are overwhelmed in the summer months which has
certain things taking longer than they should. Our goal is to get out of the
ground this month once we wrap up all of the jurisdictional hurdles.

    Plumbing & Electrical Sub Slab Work Complete

    Footing Drains installed and inspected – passed

    Sewer installation is in process (outside of units) – will wrap in August

    Storage container arrived onsite

    Exterior sliding doors have arrived and are being stored in the container onsite

    Camera’s have been installed onsite

    Upcoming Activity Preview (August 2022)

    Sewer work to wrap up & backfill to complete onsite

    Slab prep to wrap up for slab on grade pour

    Slab insulation and rebar installation (special inspections required)

    City of Seattle Inspections as required

    Lumber and Lift arrival onsite

    Framing to commence once concrete pour takes place

    Electrical Engineering contract executed

    Architect contract executed as consultant for life of the project
