Project Update: Making great progress onsite with framing. We are now wrapping up walls on the second floor and getting ready to receive the floor systems for the third floor. Looking great out there and tracking toward getting dried in prior to the middle of November.

    Lumber continues to drop as needed per schedule

    Framing continues – second level walls are up

    Exterior doors received and staged in each of the units

    Windows are ready and to be delivered onsite the week of 11/9

    Upcoming Activity Preview (October 2022)

    Framing will continue and should wrap toward the end of October.

    Roofing contractor to mobilize later this month

    Project buyout will continue through the end of the year

    Electrical Engineering contract executed

    Architect contract executed as consultant for life of the project

    Mechanical contract executed

    Window package ready, set to deliver on 11/9

    Cabinetry bid accepted and working on contracting

    Countertops – bids received, reviewing now.

    Drywall – additional bids requested
