Project Update: Framing continued for the month of October with a wrap date to be the second week of November. We have begun to line up the envelope subs to start work shortly after framing completes. We are off to the races this month to get the building dried in!

    Activity – Month Ending 10/31/22

    Lumber continues to drop as needed per schedule, however we will have some lumber returned for a savings. Final reconciliation will be outlined.

    Framing continues – second, third levels complete. Roof framing in process.

    Cedar and Metal siding orders released

    Buyout continues closing out on cabinetry and HVAC.

    Upcoming Activity Preview (November 2022)

    Framing ongoing – looking to wrap up by the week of November 7th

    Roofing, Siding and Window Installer Subs to mobilize and begin scope

    Windows are to be delivered onsite the week of 11/9

    Project buyout will continue through the end of the year
