Project Update: Framing wrapped up in November and other trades started to mobilize. Although we were cut short in November with the holiday and a pretty tough series of weather, the project is still looking great for a Spring delivery. See the updates contained in the report below.

    Framing wrapped up in November, leaving a small punch list that will carry over into December

    Windows arrived and dispersed throughout the building

    Custom Cedar and Metal Siding to arrive onsite

    Plumbing rough-in to continue/wrap up

    Mechanical rough-in to commence

    Electrical rough-in to commence

    Project buyout will continue through the end of the year

    Architect contract executed as consultant for life of the project
