Arbor Heights 9-Unit Townhome
Project Status Report
February 24, 2023
Overall Status: Green
Project Name: Arbor Heights Townhome
Project Team: Frank Martin, Erin Cassidy, Kevin Proefrock
Principals: Eugene Sak, Frank Martin
Project Update: Continuing to make great progress all around on the site over the past month with cover inspections looking to take place in the next 7-10 days. This will clear the way for a drywall start – which looks like the far west building will be the first to get underway. Our plan is to start with this building first and then move to the middle and east building via daisy Chain. This will allow for our subs to sequence appropriately. Project updates below. Looking forward to reporting we are underway with the interiors next month!
