Project Update:
Framing is still tracking nicely toward wrapping up at the end of this month. The team is rolling the floor system on Floor 3. I walked this evening and they are making fast progress.

Activity – Weeks Ending 8/20 & 8/27 |
● Second Floor framing inspection passed & framing continues on the second floor and the 3rd floor TJI flooring system. ● Meeting with property owner on the north side went favorable with regards to moving her sewer line to her property. Initial conversations with dirt work/utility sub have commenced. ● Moved the temp power pole to accommodate the construction project. Measurements were off and we needed to course correct as the line when through the corner of the new building ● Continued the mobilization discussions with Siding, Masonry and Roofing sub-contractors for October dates – scheduling out to end of September, first of October timeline |
