Project Update:

We didn’t get off the ground with framing in June. We are seeing some delays with subs. However, we meet with our framing crew this week and all points toward starting with framing on 7/18. See updates below – lots of activity!

    Concrete waterproofing complete – roll on product + drain mat on all buildings

    Electrical planning continued throughout the month

    Plumbing sub slab plumbing work 95% complete. Should wrap first week of July.

    Footing drain installation commenced

    Exterior backfill of footings and walls commenced

    Interior kitchen elevations complete and sent off for cabinetry bids

    Plumbing sub slab rough-in to wrap up

    Electrical conduits for main raceways to complete

    Final slab preparation to wrap up

    Slab on Grade to be poured in accordance with plans and special inspections

    City of Seattle Inspections as required

    Container to arrive for onsite storage

    Camera’s to be installed onsite

    Framing to commence on 7/18
